Joe Ma's screenplay is all over the place and the actors seem to make up things as they go, ad-libbing their way from one lame joke to another. But neither Miriam Yeung's nor Daniel Wu's carreers will hardly be jeopardized by appearing in such a weak sequel, since they both radiate a fair amount of charm and possess so much general good guy-behaviour even when the context sucks.
