The Soviet Union is no more, but young Andrei (Andrei Goutine) leads a ring of thugs whose ideals blend communist principles, anti-Semitism and the hero-worship of Arnold Schwarzenegger. When Andrei learns that his own estranged father is a Jewish composer, he decides to find the man and kill him. But upon meeting his long-lost parent, the kindly Naoum (Oleg Borisov), Andrei is forced to rethink his hatred of Jews. Unfortunately, his murderous gang doesn't share this change of heart.

Audience Member Found this on VHS in a Blockbuster Video bin in the 90's and it was a real diamond in the ruff.
