08/24/2019 Excellent Oscar Micheaux race movie. Intriguing script, presenting Black people in a respectable fashion. His 38 films kept many Black actors working during the Great Depression. The quality of the film has degraded over the years, but the acting and script is quite good. Check out the actor, James Earl Jones father, Robert Earl Jones as the detective here.
