Sep 21, 2013 Somewhere between body horror, slasher films, and cyperpunk, there exists Machined, a film about an obsessed fan of serial killers that mechanically alters someone to become the perfect man-machine serial killer. What ensues is a low-budget slasher free-for-all that isn't ever as great or interesting as its premise could have perhaps led to. Still, Machined is a seedy, reasonably entertaining little slasher film that at least manages to somewhat develop an original premise.
