Arthur Herring is the mayor, priest and mortician in the small town of Cardinal. His brother Vincent Herring is his right hand man, and together they are well-respected pillars in the community. Arthur and Vincent agree to safeguard a small fortune of rare coins for their friend Lloyd Mickey, who is a mortician and convicted felon.
