In this domestic drama, wealthy businessman Earl Carleton (Bing Crosby) is determined to keep his ex-wife, Gwen (Mary Fickett), away from their young son (Malcolm Brodrick). A court battle ensues, with a female judge (Anne Seymour) presiding over the emotional case. As tempers flare and the situation gets more heated, Earl is supported by his patient young girlfriend, Nina (Inger Stevens), while Gwen is backed by her new husband, Bryan Seward (Richard Eastham).

Audience Member Sucked infected donkey balls! Whose idea was it to cast crooner Bing in a dramatic leading role? Bad script with a contrived happy ending. The only thing true-to-life about this story is that men always get screwed in custody battles.
