Alec B More of an extended art project than a movie. Blanchett appears to be having the time of her life here, delivering some really humorous moments. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/03/24 Full Review Clare K Astonishing tour de force from Cate Blanchett vocalising a range of manifestos by leading artists in an array of characters. The newscaster and roving reporter section is fantastic. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/24/23 Full Review Audience Member For such an ostensibly unconventional film, it knows how to babble about offering something new but is painfully unable to put its money where its mouth is. It's a verbal collage of other people's work, a relentlessly pretentious mishmash of often contradictory ideas and nothing of its own to write home about. Cate Blanchett dons different accents and wardrobes - a chameleon churning out one cliched persona after the other -, the setpieces are mostly irrelevant, and the point is anyone's guess. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review Audience Member If you are a fan of Cate Blanchett and seeing Different Personas and versions of acting Each telling an artistic story all of it coming from her. this movie is for you! some may be confused or frustrated for this film. but it is really a riveting watch! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review Audience Member Why? it is only director orgasm but nothing more. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Not an easy watch. I still had to read wikipedia articles weeks after having seen it, but it was definitely an experience. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Tara Brady Irish Times One for the fans. Fans of Blanchett and Kazimir Malevich's Suprematist Manifesto. Wherever they may be. Rated: 3/5 Jan 11, 2018 Full Review Kevin Maher Times (UK) ... a deeply unironic and mildly gross Blanchett showreel. Rated: 1/5 Nov 29, 2017 Full Review Wendy Ide Observer (UK) It's an intriguing idea, visually arresting and intellectually confrontational. It is not without problems, however. Rated: 3/5 Nov 26, 2017 Full Review Erin Blackwell Bay Area Reporter As a concept this may please some art students, but as entertainment it's a dud. Exactly why boredom sets in early has something to do with the difference between visual and dramatic art. Jun 8, 2020 Full Review Murtada Elfadl Sundays with Cate If you want to watch 13 Cate Blanchetts coming at you at the same time, this is the movie for you. Rated: B May 12, 2020 Full Review Steven Prokopy Third Coast Review As a traditional film, it may leave many frustrated and confused, but as an acting exercise and thesis on the past century or so of artistic discovery, it's captivating and, more often than you might think, quite amusing.
