Dalton Ross Entertainment Weekly You'll enjoy reuniting with childhood friends, and for the next-generation fans of The Book of Pooh, this batch of honey couldn't be sweeter. Rated: A Nov 12, 2019 Full Review Steven D. Greydanus Decent Films What a peculiar genius was A.A. Milne… Milne's distinctive voice retains its quality in with a clarity and integrity exceeding that of any other author Disney adapted. Rated: A- Nov 3, 2003 Full Review Dave Kehr Chicago Reader Their charm is undeniable, though it mainly resides in the source material: the late 60s, when these were made, were Disney's darkest days for craft and commitment. Jan 1, 2000 Full Review Carson Timar ButteredPopcorn Completely pure with a genuine sense of inspiration and craft, it is impossible not to fall in love with the film on every viewing and see it truly as one of Disney's masterpieces! Jan 14, 2023 Full Review Sergio Benítez Espinof it would be necessary to add the immense quality of the animation, an authentic preciousness, or the constant metalinguistic games the action allows. Carter S Can't be beat, the simplicity and comedic charm of this movie gives off the best vibes Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/15/24 Full Review James M This is one of the purest, sweetest, most simple and yet loveable films I have ever seen. I adore Winnie the Pooh ever since I was little. The characters are likeable and shown not to be flawless and do make mistakes. The Sherman Brothers songs are memorable and set the right mood. The whole thing is very laid back and relaxed and just NICE. People seem to forget you can make a film that is nice with not a lot of plot and having characters breathe and showing how much they care for each other. I will say though the last part of the film where Pooh and Christopher Robin say goodbye is one of the saddest moments ever put to film. I cannot even finish the movie with bawling my eyes out so I always have to stop it at the end of the "Tigger Too" segment. I highly recommend to anyone regardless of age. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/16/23 Full Review Tabitha B Another Disney package film, the first since the late 1940s. It's okay Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 11/11/23 Full Review Gabriel C It's innocent and pure in every way. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 11/09/23 Full Review George B Wait a Minute They Made a Sequel Called Winnie the Pooh No Way I Will Get 1/10 Rated 1 out of 5 stars 08/28/23 Full Review Jack O This must be Disney's last package film to be released. I didn't review any of Disney's package films because I didn't watch them when I was a kid. I did remember The Three Caballeros trailer and when I was a teenager i did watch them so that's saying something. Now Winnie the Pooh. Pooh Bear. He sounds like Mr Stork from Dumbo, The Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland, Kaa from The Jungle Book and Roquefort from The Aristocats. He can do all the voices in all the Disney classics, he can also narrate too. Speaking of narration the narrator sounds like Bagheera from The Jungle Book. The songs are catchy like for example the Heffalumps and Woozles song where pooh is dreaming surely reminds me of Pink Elephants from Dumbo. The scenes are funny with those Disney characters, Pooh Bear is the most lovable character and likes eating honey, Piglet is a smart pig who I can't describe him cause he's seemed to be a cute character, Tigger is a bouncing tigger who likes to bounce a whole lot, Rabbit is funny and wants his garden to be clean and doesn't Tigger bouncing, Eeyore is a bored donkey and has nothing to be worry and Christopher Robin who is Pooh's best friend and like animals friends. There is one scene where Rabbit told Tigger he promised not to bounce again not even the smidgen of a bounce so Tigger walks away sadly and that makes me cry when I was a kid now I'm sure nobody notice that but that's over Rabbit admits he likes the old Tigger and I forgot to mention the scene where Rabbit wondering around the forest, that's funny too. Wherever they go, and whatever happens to them on the way, in their enchanted place on top of the forest, a little bear will always be waiting.
