What we get here is no more real than a Hallmark card, except that it’s a different kind of Hallmark card, one in which Mary has to jump off a roof to escape a burning building and Joseph (Ido Tako) gets into sword fights.

Torally impossible to watch. The actors can’t act, the storyline should be according to the Bible, but what they show is awful. It’s way too modern, way too fake. It should have been done as an episode of BBC history.

The concept of telling The Virgin Mary's story from birth is creative and imaginative. A very real possibility exists to inspire and validate Christian beliefs. Instead, we get an action movie influenced by today's political climate. Sadley, this movie is an amazing opportunity missed.

What am AMAZING movie! I absolutely loved it! To see Marys side of the story and what she and the people around her went through! Such a great movie and the actors were awesome!!! Directing music and scenes were authentic and immersive. Loved the look of the angels in this one too, especially the scenery! God bless and hope everyone gets a chance to see this one! It doesn't disappoint! An absolutely beautiful story! Bravo!!!! Merry Christmas 🎄🎁🎄🎁

To think that anyone can buy into this patently ridiculous premise is beyond the imagination. The film does nothing to dispel the notion that this entire narrative is far fetched. One would be far better served by watching the excellent rock opera JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR.
