It really incapsulates the ways families interact, the way people would genuinely engage with paranormal activity, and the characteristics all of the characters show is fantastic. Great actors, great directing, and pretty nice cinematography. It’s a great watch, just give it a few minutes to really lay down its tone. I love paranormal (ghost) movies and jump scares but this is something you can relax while watching. I have never seen a movie quite like this one and that is a huge part of why I loved it.
