Audience Member Remember this movie is a play, so if you watch it remember to see it as a production made for the stage. Athol Fugard - thank you for an amazing play! With Apartheid in the background, but the movie actually having minimal to do with apartheid itself. A movie about how people support each other, because all of us are humans and we want to help each other, no matter what color we are. The strongest message was that we should dream of a world where there are no collisions. Live life like a ballroom dance championship where everyone knows the steps and there are no collisions between the dancers. But in our world many people refuse to learn the steps and cause chaos in a world that could be perfect. We should never give up on this dream. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member This TV movie is based on a South African play, and it's a really good story, but it doesn't make for a great film. It felt like a play, and it was all very small and somewhat boring at times too. Overall, the story is very good, but the film version of it could have been a lot better. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member While the play was nicely written by author Anton Furqua thw movie is plain boring.
