The movie probably works for kids 14 and under. Its premise is somewhat derivative of Willy Wonka but with updated relatable traits and problems. You could do worse a fine TV movie.

So I don't know what AI tech company & Mom group sponsored this movie, because it reeks. We are supposed to swallow that the deception and suffering that happens to these teens was acceptable and positive because it happened in one night? The principle message of this movie is like a long Twilight Zone episode but not in a good way.

How this movie got a 80% is baffling to me, I'm only 30 mins in and its already ripped off star wars, charlie and the chocolate factory, and a slew of other movies. This is a steaming pile of shit, I've lost faith in Rotten tomatos ratings system. Have a nice day

How has this film got such high scores. It's clearly low budget and boy does it show. The special effects are amateur, plot line poor and excitement at the lowest level imaginable. I'll never get those 98 back!!!
