Hoo-boy, this movie has some pretty blatant intentions of specifically making the FSB (née KGB) look nice and not shady at all. But aside from the political implications, you'll find this film is also quite hateful of women, too. Goody!

All this being said, Maximum Impact is a fairly fun, easy to watch action romp that is better taken with its tongue firmly planted in its cheek while also giving its all on the action front.

Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, a história é fraca, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom

Maximum impact is not a good film but it’s not as bad as it could’ve been. The movie does have some humor and action but all of it screams low budget and direct to video. Movies not very memorable either. If you’re a fan of some of the cast for cheesy action films it’s worth a watch.
