Ice T gathers up a large selection of criminals making up a crime syndicate collective, at an abandoned prison, where they are given weapons and ordered to kill each other with the last three standing to share a bankroll of ten million dollars. Christopher Lambert also stars. Plenty of shooting plus a paper thin plot/storyline make this a bit of a chore at close to two hours.

90s hbo at its finest. Great cast, wonderful score. Fairly original plot. A little bit of cheese but, 90s hbo. I mean come on. Overall easily one of my favourite guilty pleasures.

Couldn't make sense of it and didn't capture my attention so gave up as my brain just isn't able to take these films any more due to my difficulty concentrating since the accident.
