A freelancer arrives at his dead end job on the last day of his contract. Seeing that it's empty, he decides to goof off, barely doing the obtuse and myriad jobs he's been assigned to by his supervisor, Richard. As the hours tick by, and with nobody showing up to work, the freelancer starts to get suspicious. Movements out of the corner of his eye, doors opening after they've been closed--he thinks he may not be alone after all. His girlfriend Alicia mentions something about a strange harvest moon in the sky, and it isn't until the freelancer gets a good look at it, that he suspects that this harvest moon is a lot more than strange. In fact, he swears he can see another moon, our regular moon, behind it. A string of strange occurrences result in the freelancer trapped in the studio he works in, alone with something else. He readies himself for a conflict, only to be bested and overpowered by himself. He narrowly escapes his clone, but he's in for the fight of his life. Not only against himself, but against the mysterious power of the looming Mega Blood Moon. The studio has changed, but before he can get his bearings, the clone returns as well. A cat and mouse sprawling fight leads the freelancer incapacitating the clone, believing himself to be free to leave--but finds himself right back inside, as the clone still lives. Hopeless and out of options, he prepares for a desperate fight when Richard appears, shooting the freelancer in the stomach by accident. Mortally wounded with Richard desperate to escape, the two set out to finally dispatch the clone and be free of the cycle of the Mega Blood Moon.
