Bryan A @Timmaryturner Jan 11 5 Merry Christmas, Drake & Josh (TV Movie 2008) - IMDb Merry Christmas, Drake & Josh is a 2008 Nickelodeon TV movie continuing the series, where Drake promises a young fan, Mary Alice, the best Christmas ever, leading to comical chaos as they try to give her foster family a perfect holiday while facing trouble from a stern officer and dealing with a mischievous Megan, culminating in heartwarming holiday spirit and a snowy surprise, all while juggling a failed Christmas party at The Premiere theater. Plot Summary: The Promise: Drake, working as Santa at the mall, meets Mary Alice, who asks him to make sure her foster family has the best Christmas ever, and he impulsively promises he will. The Mishap: Drake and Josh's parents go on vacation, leaving them in charge, but Drake's plans for a Christmas party at the Premiere theater get out of hand. The Conflict: Josh gets arrested, and they face a judge who agrees to let them off jail time if they fulfill their promise to Mary Alice's foster family (including twins Lily & Violet, Zigfee, Trey, and Luke). Megan's Interference: Their sister Megan, after being promised a rare oboe by Drake, initially sabotages their efforts but eventually helps. The Resolution: After numerous failed attempts, including a chaotic snowball fight with cheese, Officer Gilbert sees their genuine efforts and the family votes "yes" for the best Christmas ever, bringing everyone together for a joyful, snowy celebration as their parents return. Key Elements: Characters: Returns the main cast, including Drake, Josh, Megan, Helen, Crazy Steve, and Mindy. Humor: Features the show's signature slapstick and funny situations, centered around their elaborate schemes. Heartwarming Theme: Focuses on family, kindness, and the true spirit of Christmas. Legacy: Became a highly-watched holiday classic, airing a year after the series ended See more shrek d Mar 28 drake got clapped in the beef See more Ryan 10/11/2024 This might not be the best Drake and Josh episode/movie, but I thought it did a good job of wrapping up the show. It’s also hilarious See more Keith N 12/30/2023 I'm supposed not many people talk about this movie, my only negative is when crazy steve tells the kids about the jail stuff, I hated that scene soooooo much, but ignoring that scene, this was a good flick for Drake and Josh fans to enjoy See more Rami A @Bunt101 10/26/2023 Even though it wasn't as spectacular as the show, it was still good to catch more of Drake and Josh after the show concluded.
