Ronald C Great heartloving movie. Get points with your significant other. Taken from real events. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Lisa F Smile for 90 mins, why not! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Precious R Oh, my god, this movie is terrible. I would not be surprised if I was the first and only person to watch this movie from start to finish. Don't listen to the other reviews watching with Minnesotan rose-colored glasses; this movie is damn near unwatchable. This movie is 10% inundated with cheaply-licensed pop music that was mixed too loud and loosely slapped over terrible B-roll footage to try to cover up the work of bad audio engineers, 85% hamfisted Duluth references in order to get people from Duluth excited so they'll review the movie better than it actually is, and 5% terribly written romance plot that seems to be an afterthought. There's so much wrong with the plot of this movie from a story writing perspective that I don't think even the best writers could fix it: there are no definable characters, there is no character progression, the dialogue is corny and unbelievable, there is no point to the story, there are even plot holes despite the lack of a plot. The acting is on the same level as a high school theatre production, but with less enthusiasm; it doesn't help that these mid 40's actors are trying to pass for being in their late 20's. Not only is the plot of this movie so bad that you cannot discern any purpose to the movie until you've watched over half of it, but it is also technically poorly made; the audio recording and mixing, the lighting, the acting, the editing, the locations, all of it is incredibly disjointed and half-assed. I do understand why they make the royalty-free background music so loud, though: the white noise that tortures every scene needed to be covered up somehow. 'Merry Kiss Cam' is the worst movie I have ever seen by an astounding margin, and it hurts to say this as somebody who knows a lot of the people in the movie. If this is what Catalyst and UMFO have to offer Duluth, we're better off without it, thanks. By the way, Carmody Irish Pub is best known as a hole to wake up in after you left a better bar that closed at 1 am and you needed to keep the night chugging on cheap bottles of Old Style and floors sticky enough to keep you standing upright. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 12/07/22 Full Review Clark M Very cute, charming rom-com! A step up from your standard holiday fare! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/02/22 Full Review Lance H As a native Minnesotan, any movie about hockey and Duluth is a "must see" :-) If you are looking for a good romantic comedy, look no more. It checks all the boxes. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/01/22 Full Review vince d There's literally no suspense or cheesy tension to the movie. I didn't expect much from a holiday movie, but at least have compelling characters. The most interesting character was the dude in the stands at the hockey games. Those Hallmark movies have better acting and more intriguing storylines than this movie. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Jodi Walker The Ringer Maybe it was watching an artist be overwhelmed into creative paralysis by the deadline she brought upon herself at Christmastime, but this movie had me emotional! Dec 17, 2022 Full Review John Serba Decider ... Maintains enough sweetness to satisfy any base cravings you may have after you’ve exhausted a bunch of this year’s Hallmark and Lifetime offerings to the cruel and insatiable gods of the holiday rom-com.
