Visually impressing, but lacking in humor and seeming to take itself way more seriously than it has any business to. That something that was essentially Metalocalypse so long ago just isn't there.

It was a decent send-off to the series. Something I gave up hope on ever getting. It likely doesn't stand on it's own too well being a sequel to a musical following up a 4 season show from a decade ago, but as a long time fan of the show it was a fantastic send-off to the series. Thanks Brendan Smalls.

Finally an ending to the Metalocalypse 🤘🏻 and one of the best rock metal movies since Doomstar Requiem. I was genuinely worried that Dethklok would be sidelined, and relegated to being nothing more than comic relief with as little screen time as possible. I am a gear in the wheel of the Klok 🤘🏻 💀🕤 🤘🏻
