No rhythm. Vague and unassuming. Not very well written, story lagging constantly. Not even Indie category, just a plain farrago. Cast seems confused and not convincing at all.

Mexican Moon is a well thought out indie gem. Its use of practical locations in Texas, the vintage art direction, and overall retro classic vibe are irresistible. Has kind of a No Country For Old Men vibe without being overall derivative and maintaining a genuine and unique tone. Definitely recommend!!
