I'd have to say embarrassingly awful but I'm really not a good judge because I didn't make it past the 10 minute mark. Very poor stilted, stiff, contrived, cartoonish acting and storyline. Like a bad 40 or 50's spy movie.

It is a good episode of the show... so if you like the show, you'll like the film, but aside from a slightly higher budget, there is nothing more here than you'd expect from the series. I loved the series, so I enjoyed the movie.
