Audience Member MEN TRULY WERE LEFT BEHIND. THAT IS THE TRUE HORROR, AND OUR GOVERNMENT IS THE GREATER EVIL THAT PERPERTRATED THIS TRAVESTY. My brother, SSgt. Joseph A, Matejov, was one of those left behind as a "living casualty, on Feb 4, 1973, 8 days after the signing of the Paris Peace Accords. He was on a reconnaissance mission over the Ho Chi Minh trail decoding enemy radio transmissions when their plane was shot down. Our government then chose to ignore the subsequent radio transcriptions about 4 of the men who were captured, and knowingly left them behind. This is the story that needs to be told. Peter Lloyd, the story is already written - You obviously have already done extensive research - I believe that there are many in Hollywood who would back this, actors like Tom Hanks, and others, who seek to correct wrongs, and to inform our public of the heroism and sacrifices that our servicemen have endured in order to maintain the freedoms that we have. I shudder to think of the true horrors that my brother, and hundreds of other servicemen had to endure in those jungles. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member The theme of this movie has always been one of interest to me personally and this is a good story well told. I especially enjoyed some of the cinematography and the movie is well paced. Suspense and mystery are maintained throughout the movie and I also enjoyed the fact that the producers and directors did not seek to shock with blood and excessive violence.
