Synopsis
Bobby Delaware (Harrison Muller), a rookie Miami cop, is out to avenge the death of his father, who was killed by narcotics smugglers who use oil drums to transport their illicit cargo from the port city of Naples, Italy. With the reluctant help of his veteran partner, Gamble (Richard Roundtree), Bobby attempts to smash the drug ring by trailing the murderer. Casualties mount as the partners delve further into the underworld -- leading to a final bloody confrontation.
