Graeme Tuckett Stuff.co.nz A low-key, well considered, and, at times, really provocative and moving comedy special that, crucially, also never forgets to be truly funny. Nov 30, 2021 Full Review Sean L. McCarthy Decider f you want to watch Che on Netflix, go back to his previous special. If you just want to watch Che tell new jokes, he'll pop up on SNL again soon enough. Nov 29, 2021 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Had to rewatch the previous special, just to check if my sense of humour broke but turns out this one is just shit. He put no effort into these jokes- it basically felt like I was watching someone trip out on edibles and talk to themselves for an hour instead of actually trying to be funny. Couldn't even try to laugh at these jokes this shit was major ASS. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member I definitely remember laughing out loud much more often during his previous Netflix special but I am still a fan of Che's style which blends social commentary and comedy, eliciting more "jesus this is messed up" kind of laughs than any other. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review georgan g Made me smile but didn't make me laugh out loud. Too much of his material was just not funny. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Embarrassing for him the audience and the viewers at home. He is a major drag on SNL success as well does anyone think it has been funny since he was named head writer? Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review yash b I think Michael Che is a naturally funny guy, which makes his stand-up a lot of fun. The way he delivers the jokes is usually the best part of them. I enjoyed this new Netflix special and it is great to see more stand-up comedy coming back after a whole year without live shows. I feel like the social commentary in this special is fine but it seems to interrupt the flow of jokes at times, but I still appreciate Che using his platform to raise important issues. Overall, I had a good time with the special and would definitely watch any future ones from this comedian. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member This guy is pretty funny, but this special just isn't all that. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/23/23 Full Review Read all reviews
