Curmudgeonly Shekhar (Amitabh Bachchan) is new to the block, and it doesn't take long before the street noise, as well as the children playing nearby, push his tolerance to the limit. To the rescue comes Mili (Shubha Khote), who has the exact opposite disposition. While Shekhar may be at a loss over what to do with her at first, he eventually falls in love. Unfortunately, when the time comes to ask for her hand, he finds out Mili has a fatal medical condition and only has a few weeks to live.

Audience Member The ending was a bit rushed, but it was decent for the type of movie it was Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member This is an excellent movie, except for the ending where you have no idea how Mili is going to end up. Amitabh is deep and sincere, and Jaya is very good too. This is my first "old" hindi movie, and it is refreshing. Loved it! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Read all reviews
