Victor O I saw this in the filmography of one of my favorite actresses and decided to take a look at it, but it was so old that it took me a long time to find it anywhere, but I managed and made time for it. Tracy Wellman is a powerful psychic taken in by the US Government to be studied and exploited until it was decided to take the project in which other children were subjected to experimentation were to be killed. Only Tracy, and a good man in charge of the project was thought to have survived. Tracy grew up having used her abilities for good only to be called in to help a corrupt official with his brainwashed daughter and realizing the truth of not just the case she was called to help, but the man who brainwashed his daughter. A powerful psychic that Tracy knew as a child, out for revenge. This was interesting. Not but not great. I liked the cast and bits and pieces of the story, but it wasn’t well told.
