Evolving from single-celled yellow organisms at the dawn of time, Minions live to serve, but find themselves working for a continual series of unsuccessful masters, from T. Rex to Napoleon. Without a master to grovel for, the Minions fall into a deep depression. But one minion, Kevin, has a plan; accompanied by his pals Stuart and Bob, Kevin sets forth to find a new evil boss for his brethren to follow. The youngster target audience will probably love every minute of “Minions”. I was with them to a point, but once the story abandoned the quest to find a master it bogged down and the humor grew inconsistent.

Parts of this movie seemed to drag on, and at times the storyline was a bit boring... however, there were still many laughable moments. Entertainment for entertainment's sake, right? Just try not to put too much thought into things and it's enjoyable :)

The only memorable character is Scarlet Overkill, and honestly, she's the only one who stands out among the others. Is it entertaining? Yes; worth it? Probably not. If you have a son or a brother/sister, they'll definitely love this movie, so it's good for that age range, but it's far from "good for everyone"
