Pretty limp ghost story. You can definitely see the j-horror influence, but it lacks the atmosphere to make it at all creepy. In the end, it ends up being a tame, hokey revenge story. Even Nick Stahl, who I usually like, seems like he's sleepwalking through it...

Hey I really liked the first one ... and for a direct to vidio sequel this isn't that bad ...... but it lacks in the total atmosphere of the first one he tries to make up with gore ..

Not scary. Not exciting. Not interesting. Not anything but boring. That dialogue was excruciating, made worse by the people who had to deliver the actual lines. They must have cast the therapist role by just walking out into the street and picking up some old lady.

"Mirrors 2" fails in almost every way. The story is a cliche in its entirety, the script is completely implausible and flawed, the acting is atrocious, and there was not a single likable or believable character in the entire film. With that said, the movie does have a few tense moments and a cringeworthy amount of gore. The score was also very solid, especially for a movie so poor.

No one really turns in a decent acting performance, made worse by the cringeworthy script, which has stretches of awful dialogue that bring the movie down between gore moments
