      Audience Member what begins as an ordinary dream of a female pageant queen-to-be turns into a devastating nightmare this films is an honest and deep depiction of the corruption of Mexico and its drug trafficking it feels very raw and atmospheric going through the various stages Laura never intended to be a part of a much larger danger yet she struggles to maintain her bravery and the sanctity of her soul anyone can get caught up in the midst of things even in their own country the biggest part of all with Miss Bala is all the emotions it hits showing that some people can still be evil, dark, greedy, violent, and most of all devilish this will be hard for most viewers but it really does cover the subject matter its addressing Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/01/24 Full Review Audience Member Believable story with some twists and turns.
