When a terrorist threatens to bomb the Miss United States pageant, the FBI rushes to find a female agent to go undercover as a contestant. Unfortunately, Gracie is the only female FBI agent who can "look the part" despite her complete lack of refinement and femininity. She prides herself in being "just one of the boys" and is horrified at the idea of becoming a girly girl.

Twenty-five years later, Miss Congeniality still holds up because it knows exactly what it is: a smart, funny showcase for Sandra Bullock’s charisma, supported by a delightful ensemble and Michael Caine’s scene-stealing turn.

Sandra Bullock is my favorite actress and this is one of my all-time favorites! Great acting, chemistry and humor! Michael Caine and Benjamin Bratt work so well together and with her. Two thumbs way, way, way up and a definite must-see. So glad I got to see this again in theaters!

Kind of funny but the ending is stupid. The plot is dumb. Mostly silly juvenile jokes. Mostly all on ridiculous things women do that are subjective beauty.

E aqui uma das melhores comédias. "Miss Simpatia" onde ela interpreta uma agente do FBI ao estilo cabra macho. E para desvendar um possivel atentado no concurso de Miss EUA, ela se infiltra no concurso para descobrir o responsável. Mas para isso ela tem que passar por uma transformação para se tornar "feminina" e cabe a Michael Caine esta tarefa. Em uma comédia gostosa de assistir e tem tempo para romance com seu parceiro Bratt. E a interação com as meninas que mostra bem desengonçado, ao estilo "As Branquelas". Uma receita que dá certo. Com várias cenas hilárias e boa atuações e ver Shatner, Caine e Bergen, vale assistir. E ao final Bullock tem que salvar a cabeça da Miss EUA. E claro que consegue com a prisão da ex-miss Bergen e seu filho. Vale apena assistir?: Sim, para descontrair. Nota: 8
