Critics Consensus

Miss You Already isn't shy about going for filmgoers' tear ducts, but its solid script and talented cast are often powerful enough to make up for its more manipulative moments.

Alain E Quite realistic and well acted movie about a subject that could easily descend into absurd sentimentality. Excellent cinematography and avoidance of cheap sappy music. The situations described could happen in real life. The end, dying with your best friend lying next to you, in a way is a best case scenario. Make sure you have easy access to tissues. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 10/12/24 Full Review Jerod S You always know where this film is headed, but even so it's still a decent drama about 2 best friends that are at opposite spectrums of life. Not all sap and a good amount of laughs. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 08/26/24 Full Review Cathy S Wonderful movie, superb acting by Toni Collette and Drew Barrymore, who by the way is not the worst actress of all time..She is good and solid.... Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/11/24 Full Review Emilliano S Great movie! Toni Collette amazing performance is just the icing on the cake. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Convula Powerful movie two best friends go through life and death. I literally cried. Drew Berrymore powerhouse in the movie. I felt love, pain. Throughout the pain they could manage to laugh and smile. Two best friends go through it all. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Julie F Loved it! It made me laugh & cry.
