Ethan Hunt and the IMF team join forces with CIA assassin August Walker to prevent a disaster of epic proportions. Ironically, the most entertaining element of all may be the star's advancing age; Cruise, well into his 50s, scores numerous laughs as the increasingly confused CIA agent, leaping into one spectacular stunt after another and then wishing he hadn't.

Everyone else may be in it for the spectacle (the stunts, the foreign locations, the outfits), but for me, even in an action movie, the story is everything, and I needed a break to get through this one.

exciting, captivating, suspenseful, and girl power! This film had high expectations, a huge budget, lots of hype, and it did not disappoint! Knowing that Tom does his own stunts makes it that much cooler to watch. I was on the edge of my seat for two and a half hours! The plot twists and complicated storylines were captivating, although I think Henry Cavill's character development could have used some more work. The music and sound effects were classic, appropriate and added to the scene without being overwhelmingly loud or distracting - no small feat! Also, I love the strong, powerful, badass women in this movie!

Mission: Impossible- Fallout is the second best film in the series thus far. Everything is amazing in this movie! The plot is great and really shows that they have got the formula down for these movies. Great balance of action and a gripping plot. There are so many great action scenes in this movie. The plane jump, the bathroom fight, and especially the helicopter sequence. The acting is also great too. Tom is STILL great after all this time. Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Alec Baldwin, and Rebecca Ferguson all brilliantly reprise their roles. We welcome Angela Bassett and Henry Cavill in this movie and they both do great jobs. In fact, Henry Cavill probably climbs his way to the top of the list as the best villain in the Mission: Impossible series so far in this movie. His villain reveal was so good! My biggest complaint is that (much like Jane in Rogue Nation) there is no explanation for why Jeremy Renner's character is not there!Overall,I still think this is one of the best M:I movies.
