Meydiana R Love finds a way I have seen some good movies in my life but this one totally caught me off guard. I have never seen any character, in movies or real life that believes in love and the power of love as strongly as Raj Aryan does. Raj Aryan's character is everything that is good about mankind. Ironically it was a quirk of fate that made him the way he is, but nevertheless his character is most amiable. Amitabh's character is just perfect for him, something he is very comfortable playing. With the changing times, he had turned from the `Angry Young Man' to the `Angry Old Man' - he plays it wonderfully. One can actually feel his pain and sympathise with his character. The three love stories are the only loose ends of the movie but without them the overall movie would not have been able to take shape. If you believe in the inherent goodness of mankind then this movie is for you. It teaches us no matter what we do, love finds a way. But the real reason you should see this movie is because it's a real entertainer. honest I do not even know who the others were, that is how much impact this movie had on me,and dragged on way to long however some songs were nice...that's it. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/28/24 Full Review Subhodeep D Another of King Khan's timeless classic, an emotional rollercoaster with lots of tear jerking moments akin to Kuch Kuch Hota Hain, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham and DDLJ. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/23/23 Full Review arabella g I loved this movie when I was in my teens, but after seeing it again, I found many plot holes. Megha's suicide was not justified at all and Raj's plan to make Narayan change his mind was just to challenge him. Pretty vain. However, I liked the songs, locations and the students' love stories. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 09/11/23 Full Review a Social Pickpot , , , , , - - , Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/24/21 Full Review Audience Member Absolute perfect with a great Amitabh Bachchan and a fantastic Shah Rukh Khan this is a movie that is worth his runtime Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member It was kind of Loves Labour's Lost meets Dead Poets meets Footloose, and then it went somewhere I've never really seen a movie go and it kind of made it worth the 3:36 runtime, but really this movie did not have to be over three hours. I really, really liked it though. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Read all reviews
