Friends Allyson (Sarah Drew), Sondra (Patricia Heaton) and Izzy (Andrea Logan White) desperately need a short break from parenting duties and want to have a girls night together. However, in order for them to enjoy dressing up, adult conversation and dining on food served on real plates instead of in paper bags, they have to rely on their husbands to watch the children for three hours. I couldn’t make it through the first 20 minutes. It actually started off pretty well in the first 5 minutes, but the ‘comedy’ quickly took a turn for the worse. Yikes.

Way underrated hilarious, hip, thrilling, touching, and family-friendly; and not just for a Christian based movie! Most critics' complaints are how unrealistic the plot situation are (?!) but hellooo it's a movie and that's kinda the points as even most of the classics have unrealistic things happen, haha. My only complaint as with most faith centered productions is every character seems annoyingly well-off, therefore not relatable to the average viewer; but great movie and not just for a Christian movie!
