      Audience Member The movie takes part in Marseille in nowadays so did also the the Movie "Marie-Jo and her 2 lover's" and at least 4 of the actors from that film is in this also, the 2 main charcters Ariane Ascaride,Jean-Pierre Darroussin and Gerard Meylan,Jaques Boudet. The movie is beutiful filmed and paced,acted etc. This movie uses Marie and Josef and the Jesus child as a allegory too what happens in the film , in short : the story is A.Ascride is a child pediatric working in Marseille has become catatonic, J.P.Darroussin also doctor and teenage sweetheart too A.Ascride but working abroad and with politics return's too Marsielle and to her, to see if he could help her. Some of the question´s in the movie is about brotherhood/solidarity or to be egogistical, and save the humankind or to save humanlives etc. If you liked the movie "Marie-Jo and her 2 lover's" see this also it may be rewarding.
