11/01/2015 Loved this movie. Such a fun tongue-in-cheek plot about an unreleased film where during a freak lighting storm (we've seen this before), the characters during the specific scene of the viewing come into the real world and it's up to the real world residents to push them back into the film. Linda Blair (think The Exorcist 1 and 2, the main character the child and teenager, Reagan herself) randomly stars in this children's horror film as the mother of the main character. It's a fun film with a rarely used plot mechanic. See more Frances H 11/19/2014 Pretty piss poor with horrible acting and a juvenile script. All the subtlety of The Ghost and Mr. Chicken. The only clever thing was making the mother's name Shelley Stoker, after the last names of the authors of Frankenstein and Dracula. See more 03/14/2009 As cheesy as nachos, but as delicious too. Great to see such satire in a children's movie. That, and Adam Baldwin + Linda Blair create a great duo. Especially if you remember her from The Exorcist. See more 02/26/2009 A great halloween time movie to watch with the family. If you don't have children, you probably won't enjoy watching this. See more 09/19/2008 silly, cute fun. and the only children's movie so far that i've seen that involves a lynch mob with flaming torches, so points for that bit of originality ;P oh, and did i mention, adam baldwin in a sheriff's uniform, complete with tight pants? honestly, do you really need another reason? See more 01/21/2008 Just came up as a midday movie, for a movie released in 2003 it has some pretty cruddy efeects and the storyline is pretty dodgy too. the way they get rid of the monsters is really crap REALLY crap.
