John H 04/18/2023 It is rare I watch a non-English movie, but I was excited when I saw this. I have spent a lot of time in that part of the world, so the chance to watch a movie from their POV couldn't be passed up. I was not disappointed. While I don't know the actual facts (the movie is based on a "true story"), the movie turned out not to be about nations, or armies, but about family and honor. I loved it. It shows how those fighting for what was right couldn't trust anyone, not even (or especially not) their own countrymen. This movie has me exploring more international content, looking for stories that I would otherwise not see. See more 05/24/2022 Awesome. Gripping and emotional See more 05/08/2022 Great movie. Because it's a war movie you don't need to focus on reading the subtitles so much bc there is plenty of excitement. When words are spoken they are riveting and serve the story well.
