Matthew R It's a fun musical! Betty Grable's magnum opus! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/11/23 Full Review ashley h Mother Wore Tights is an okay film. It is about a vaudeville performer who drafts young Myrtle McKinley for a theatrical production. Betty Grable and Dan Dailey give decent performances. The screenplay is a little slow in places. Walter Lang did an alright job directing this movie. I liked this motion picture because of the drama and romance. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member The best musical movie ever made! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member one of grables' biggest hits Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member One of Grable's biggest hits was this nostalgic Technicolor show biz story; the tuneful score includes "Kokomo, Indiana" and the Oscar-nominated "You Do." Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member One of Betty's biggest hits does contain some wonderful songs and flashy numbers but she made better films than this.
