Steve D Too ridiculous to be believed. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/27/24 Full Review james w c This film does try, I'll give it that. Robards puts his shoulder to this sophomoric plot which ultimately defeats him. The editing is abysmal producing an unintentional cinema verite. Sandy Dennis is wasted in her role as mystified wife and the remainder are fairly wooden. You really don't need to see this if you're over 14. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member I'd give it a minus one at best. I call it Mr.Dendroid. I think Pancho Kohner was Robards agent. Maybe that is why he did it. I screened it as a pssible negative pickup for a studio I worked for. It is one of the worst, most pretentious, hilarious movies ever. Robards is a postman in Venice Ca. He wants to live longer as a tree.Reincarnation. So he has his friends plant him in his backyard. Yikes Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review Audience Member Wtf were these people on who decided this was a great idea? A middle aged depressed mailman who wants to become a tree? So he shuts out his wife and all of his friends and stands outside pouring water on himself as he stands in dirt? Jason Robards must have needed money because of a divorce because he was so much better than this bullshit family movie. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
