Claudio C Maman a tort / Mum Is Wrong (2016) The Spoiled and Nosy Intern (12,058 – 12 Nov 2025 – by Claudio Carvalho) When the internship at a TV station is called off, the fourteen-year-old Anouk (Jeanne Jestin) refuses the offer of her father of working at his cellar and goes to the house of her mother Cyrielle Le Quellec (Émilie Dequenne). Cyrielle is executive at the Serenita Insurance Company and brings her daughter to have an internship in her company. Anouk is assigned to organize a storage closet. While leaving the company at night with her mother, Anouk hears Nadia Choukri (Sabrina Ouazani) at the lobby complaining that her mate’s insurance was not paid by Serenita and she will be evicted home with her two children. Cyrielle promises to look for her case and call Nadia. But the snoopy Anouk finds dirty secrets of Serenita. "Maman a tort", a.k.a. "Mum Is Wrong" (2016) is a Franco-Belgian movie about a spoiled and nosy intern. Anouk is an annoying and pretentious character that irritates the viewer. The plot is never a comedy, but a drama caused by a brat. Her attitudes are tiresome, showing a total lack of respect towards her mother. Why Cyrielle tells to Anouk what she was forced to do at her job is also terrible, showing that she is an unethical woman. My vote is six.
