Tristan H @MidnightClementine 1d Stellar! Excellent acting and pacing, funny humor, loved all of it. Can't wait for a physical release one day! See more Alex B. @Grinch42 3d It was an amazing movie! Very funny and scary the special effects were amazing!!!! See more Spencer B. @Spencer42 3d I loved this movie. Great mix of horror and comedy! Reminded me of classics in that combo genre like Evil Dead and Reanimator. Great pacing, fun acting, and beautifully shot. The real star of the show is the FX. Amazing practical FX, classic horror gore and splash. The beginning of an incredible new vision in practical FX horror. See more Manuel m @ManuelMelgar 4d "My Only Friend’s a Corpse" was a movie with heart and soul put into it, featuring nice SFX and scenes with beautiful lighting. I’ll watch it again—but drunk—because it’s an experience I need. See more Shwn S. @PXParanormal Dec 12 Just got out of the local theater, from watching this absolute banger. This movie has more heart & soul than the majority of the bigger budget films of its genre, released as of late. It was described to me as a slow-starter, but I have to disagree- I felt like the pacing was great and for a slightly shorter run-time (compared to bigger box office Horror) and I felt like the run-time was actually really appropriate. Let’s get this out of the way, real quick- this is an indie film, sure, but let’s not give it the title of “low-budget” because that shouldn’t be a label that means something negative. See, what it might lack in big budget effects (the effects were fun, and I can’t wait to see what these folks do next), it makes up for with the heart and passion that was put into this production. And it was pretty darn funny, as well.  I could ramble on and make an even bigger word salad, but I’ll stop with this last thought: I loved “My Only Friend’s a Corpse” and I think that you ought to give it a watch. I’m glad I saw this one on a big screen! See more Read all reviews
