Eric Lurio Times Square A blend of Tim Burton and Hayao Miyazaki, it is a fully realized adventure story. While it won't take your breath away, it'll leave you satisfied. Jacob B Perhaps I found this Australian short a wee bit overhyped since it took a while to get to the good stuff and one of the character designs makes it unsurprising to learn that they're evil but otherwise Jasper Morello's visual style, Joel Edgerton's vocal performance and Burton-meets-Lovecraft storytelling make it a decent treat for anyone in the mood for more Gothic horror.
