Jimmy Cage Jimmy Cage Movie Reviews (YouTube) The mystical setting and the mysterious and heartwarming characters, this raw madness and the simple boldness of Bala make NAAN KADAVUL a very special and worth seeing film. Rated: 7/10 Apr 8, 2022 Full Review Panos Kotzathanasis Asian Movie Pulse "I Am God" is a less refined effort than "Vagabond" but the film oozes with raw power and that is where its value lies, along with the disturbing, but highly realistic depiction of the lives of the individuals that reside in the borders of society. Audience Member Best movie my rating for this movie (9.1/10) Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member one of the greatest tamil film Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member have never seen a movie like this before...great work from arya and pooja.Bala has done a lot to make the movie.Agori.. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member One of the most violent Indian films to date has a lot going for it, but it will take a little patience in the beginning to recieve the payoff. A father who abandoned his son due to certain beliefs decides years later that he must find his lost child to make up for his decision. Once found the son has grown into this pot smoking brute that has a complex in which he thinks he is god and that any decsion that he makes is the right one. Once back at his parent's village he treats them like he wants nothing to do with them and becomes sort of a saviour to misfits which has drastic results. Great film that is long and takes a little bit of time to get things moving, the lead in the film is truely amazing to watch as he tears up the village. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member This is one mind-blowing movie! I'm just speechless after seeing it, because it was so realistic and filled with lots of emotions. They used real handicapped children (who are probably beggars or poor themselves) and every one of them acted so very well. Arya and Pooja were awesome! I never expected such acting skills from them so I was pleasantly surprised. What a performance by the cast and the story is awesome and different than most Tamil movies. I really loved Naan Kadavul and I highly recommend it! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member Jeyamohan's Ezham Ulagam as backround, his dialogues, Bala's hard work, Pooja's poweful performance are all good. Individual elements in the film are superb. But the movie somehow didn't feel complete/wholesome as a 'movie', may be because of editing, censored shots and dialogues, unnecessary comedy sequences. All around one of the greatest movies of comtemporary tamil cinema Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Read all reviews
