Shauna Gautam’s debut feature Nadaaniyan's leads are so dull that even in a ranking of Hindi cinema’s most forgettable protagonists, Pia (Khushi Kapoor) and Arjun (Ibrahim Ali Khan) wouldn’t qualify. Go to Full Review

Ineptly put together, lacking any insight whatsoever into the human experience, Nadaaniyan is a blot on Karan Johar’s career as a film producer, and one of the most questionable originals ever produced by Netflix India. Go to Full Review

Andi B Nov 13 Honestly, this movie was so classic, but thats why i give 5 star for this, this movie such a normal romcom See more Hardy B Sep 28 Actually, I liked this movie I think people exaggerating where this is just a Netflix and chill type movie, and I'm not indian so I don't understand the culture that well and what's good or bad, but I feel like they tried they're best of course there's room for improvement, but movie is overall good! And loved the songs! See more Pelumi O Sep 27 The movie is definitely worth watching. See more Suleman S Jul 20 I think this is the first time I've seen Ibrahim Ali Khan in a movie. Nadaaniyan revolves around two college students who slowly and subtly fall in love. Their story goes through some ups and downs, with a few twists along the way. Eventually, they reunite and settle for friendship. Anyway, coming to the point — I actually liked Ibrahim Ali Khan’s performance. It was good. He acts quite like his father, Saif Ali Khan. Suniel Shetty also appears in the movie after a long time, which was a nice surprise. There's also a subplot involving a failing marriage. All in all, I'd give this movie a 6 out of 10. It is a great for the whole family to watch it is entertaining and a great Romantic comedy drama family movie with good dancing. See more Apr 19 If anyone recommends this movie, they hate you. Where to begin? Dubbing a film with Indian actors who haven’t cared enough to fully learn their mother tongue and jumped into films is absurd. The dubbing itself was done poorly. Ibrahim may have acting potential, but it didn’t portray as much with the horrible direction of this film. Khushi kapoor should genuinely quit acting. Having beauty definitely doesn’t mean having brains, and it reflects with her horrific, too much neck movement, not emoting acting. The supporting actresses did far better and should have been casted as the main role. The dialogue in this film was written as if everything needed to be vomited out and as if they desperately needed to be relatable. Shauna should redirect her life and quit directing. The story had potential but was displayed until the last 20 minutes of the film. What she tripping acid the first 1 and a half of the film? It’s awful. It was all thrown at you with no ease into each scene. Let this be a reminder to Bollywood to stop making such steaming hot garbage and hire quality talent and not nepo babies who clearly aren’t ready for the screen. See more Read all reviews
