Mattie Lucas From the Front Row Of all of Dwain Esper's moralistic exploitation films of the 1930s, Narcotic is perhaps the "best," although I use that term loosely because you know going in basically what you're going to get here. Audience Member One of the earlier anti-drug films that actually seems to promote drug use and sexuality (as much as they could get away with in the name of education). This also appears to be one of the earlier versions of exploitation cinema and is on par with Ed Wood Jr. type material and end results. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Read all reviews
