S D Aug 7 I really enjoyed watching his comedy online so was thrilled he was going to be in our area. However I was Pretty surprised that he only did less than a 45 minute show . 3 other comedians plus the “ host “ from 7:30 -8:30. (suppose to start at 7:00] . Nate came on at 8:40 and show ended at 9:30 . The last 10 minutes he read from his cell phone . He was funny , but ,…that was a lot of Money to spend on a show that was less than an hour. This show is OK, but not laugh out loud like his earlier stuff. He smiles a lot, which ruins the deadpan effect that made him so great to begin with. He is also talking faster than usual, like he had too much caffeine, which undermines the laid back delivery that we expect from him. Those not familiar with him should start with his earlier stuff: Yelled at By a Clown and Full Time Magic--and save this one for later. See more Read all reviews
