Prima Facie is a play that comes out swinging, with an actor on stage that strives and strains with ever sinew to get the point across. This is no actor out for awards; but someone brandishing words like a weapon on a topic that is truly traumatic. Go to Full Review

In an age where women’s rights are being negotiated, threatened, and in some cases revoked entirely, Jodie Comer’s astonishing performance in the recording of the play Prima Facie is incredibly relevant and timely. Go to Full Review

Comer delivers a performance for the ages. And through her Wright howls a rally cry for a better, more just form of ‘justice’ that is not built on the best interests of bad men. Go to Full Review

Kimberley S 10/08/2024 A one woman theatre show that explores the story of a defence lawyer exploring the criminal justice system after a sexual assault. It is a must see, as a survivor myself who has been through the reporting process, it really hit home. The play emotionally hits you as you go through the characters journey. Jodie was exceptional in this. It is a must see for anyone! See more Robyne G 09/22/2024 Amazing performance…. Jodie Comer is only 31 years old, aren’t we lucky that she’ll hopefully be delivering her remarkable skill for the next 40+ years. See more 09/15/2024 such a sudden and sinking turn of events, heartbreaking, almost painful to watch at times, yet feels so real, you know it could've happened, you know it has happened, you know all those case files lit up in the end exit somewhere sometime. Something's gotta change. Marvellous performance and so well written. See more jd c 11/08/2023 A-must see! Jodie Comer shines from start to finish. Definitely deserved all the awards she got from this stage debut! See more Bethan L 06/07/2023 Truly an incredible performance full of gut wrenching emotion. Must see for everyone. See more 08/05/2022 This was an incredible and emotional performance by Jodie Comer. It was so powerful and captivating and successful in portraying such an important message. It's one of those performances/stories I think that everyone should watch so they can truly see how damaging s*xual assaults and r*pe is to the victims. All you ever hear is it will ruin the life of the perpetrator and how it will affect them, you never actually see the damaging affects it has on the victims and I think Jodie really portrayed it well giving people the opportunity to get a glimpse of the victims reality after an assault. Absolutely recommend watching it. See more Read all reviews
