      Critics Consensus

Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising may not be strictly necessary, but it still wrings a surprising amount of humor from a recycled premise with a distaff twist.

Elijah B I feel like I watched the same movie twice Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/02/24 Full Review Spring Hearted Tiger 6 I really enjoyed this sequel, it was very funny. The three main girls have a real nice relationship with each other and they got along nicely with the girls of Kappa Nu. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/10/24 Full Review John F Better than the original, even if it's still rather uneven and largely sacrifices Rose Byrne (who was the best asset of the first film). Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 09/07/23 Full Review cbcguy Not nearly as funny as the first but could've ended up way worse. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 08/24/23 Full Review Ron K (TLDR at the bottom) A quite needless sequel, and failed to make me root for the sorority girls. They're fighting for a noble cause, but the way they go about it makes me want to see them fail and when they succeed, I dislike the movie even more. P.s. closer to the end I felt like the parent s were actually good, until they let a huge party full of drunk idiots into their house where a 2 year old is sleeping. TLDR; unlikable characters, plot doesn't make sense, sequel is needless. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 08/16/23 Full Review Gareth v This sequel was always a certainty to made, it's just a shame they did. Same as the first, just dumber. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 06/20/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
