      Reviews ASP Officer Vijay Araghavan gets transferred to the village of Pollachi, where he is shocked to see the caste differences amongst the villagers. He soon learns that three girls, belonging to an oppressed class, are being sexually abused by someone from the village. Soon, news travels of two girls hanging from a tree, and one girl still missing. Racing against time, ASP Vijay continues to investigate and search for Sathya, the missing girl. Along the way he faces a lot of opposition and demands to cease his investigation. Despite the hardships, Vijay learns about the sordid details in the village. Eventually, the missing girl's sister, Kurinji, confesses to ASP Vijay that the minister's brother-in-law, Gunasekaran, is involved in this. As the investigation moves forward, Vijay unravels a nefarious nexus, and at last with the help of the villagers and fellow police officers, Vijay is able to bring peace and balance to the village.
