i was really excited for this movie but meh....it was OK. the trailers look better than the actual movie. i didn't care for the main guy that much i think thats the main reason i don't care for this. i thought this was going to be a modern day nezha but its this reincarnation thing going on which i guess i understand since its called nezha REBORN but eh, i personally say pass on this 5/10

The characters are paper-thin and the story has little depth with dialogue that reflects that, however, even though ‘Nezha Reborn' is fairly shallow and somewhat generic-feeling, there are elements that show great potential from everyone involved. I think the most interesting example of that is the animation itself: on the one hand, the world and character design are bland and not that great, and the flow of movement often feels wooden (you notice it immediately within the first scene); on the other hand, there are times where extraordinary realism is achieved with some fine details, thanks in large part to a great use of lighting and colour. In short, it's not particularly impressive overall, but there are parts that show great promise and I think there's a lot of talent behind this project. Given time to improve, they could be a force to be reckoned with.
