Audience Member This film is just awful, the female villain is completely flat the other storyline aside from the conman one is silly and it just feels like it's being written as the film is being filmed with no end goal. The tapped on message would have been more interesting if the central plot had actually clearly revolved around it not being added to end. What else is awful? well the music, the over acting and the general lack of characterisation everyone is quickly falling in love and then out of love quicker than a drop of a hat. If this film had focused on just one storyline it may have been able to create a really interesting piece but it tried to do too much at once. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member Flixster messes it up again (as usual): this was a 2008 movie & Jeremy Irons took no part in it. This feature was regarded as a depiction of the present, young generation's new attitude about relationships. Patrick Kong had obviously worked on the screenplay for certain twist & turn, despite still sounding rather cutesy as many others from the same genre do. And, Leila Tong is so outstanding in this one. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member Definitely The Best Hongkong classic love fairytale without a happy ending.. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member OK, this can't be 1979 film. Wrong info in the title. This one is so-so. But it has Stephy in it... :) 6/10 Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member It's another Chinese romantic movie that I like. it is quite complicated to be classified, because there are not only romantic, comedy, & drama elements, but also a quite tragic ending. But anyway, it's a good movie about love. And it tell something to the audiences, Don't lie for your love feeling, or you'll regret. ^_~ Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/16/23 Full Review Audience Member better than the last one.
